柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)在裝氣缸蓋連桿曲軸螺栓時(shí)為什么要涂少量潤滑油呢？

由于螺栓副干摩擦過大，容易使螺紋牙因過熱而損不（爛牙）或燒死在一起，柴油機(jī)修理時(shí)無法拆卸缸蓋螺栓和氣缸體主軸承蓋螺栓、連桿螺栓。因此，平板運(yùn)輸車在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)裝配時(shí)，在缸蓋螺栓、氣缸體主軸承蓋螺栓、連桿螺栓螺紋牙上蘸上潤滑油，使螺栓與螺紋孔的螺紋上形成一層潤滑油膜。既減少了裝配螺栓時(shí)螺紋副上的摩擦損失，保證缸蓋與平板運(yùn)輸車氣缸體、主軸承蓋、連桿蓋的緊固。

活塞在氣缸的不同位置，通入壓縮空氣，根據(jù)漏氣聲的變化，可以判斷氣缸不同位置的磨損程度。當(dāng)活塞在上止點(diǎn)漏氣聲較大，說明氣缸上部磨損嚴(yán)重，表明平板運(yùn)輸車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)長期在較低溫度或爆震條件下工作；若活塞在中部漏氣聲很大，說明氣缸中部磨損嚴(yán)重，表明空氣濾清器質(zhì)量不好或空氣中含塵量較高，引起缸套的磨料磨損；若下部漏氣嚴(yán)重，說明機(jī)油質(zhì)量和數(shù)量為符合要求。
