康明斯發(fā)動機機油消耗高故障診斷及排除

康明斯發(fā)動機機油消耗高故障需按以下步驟處理。 

故障原因                                                                                       措施

1、機油泄漏（外部）                                            檢查發(fā)動機是否存在外部機油泄漏。擰緊螺栓、管接頭和管塞。O                                                                          如有必要更換密封墊。

2、進氣系統(tǒng)超出阻力規(guī)范。                                 檢查進氣系統(tǒng)阻力，如有必要更換空濾。

3、機油標(biāo)尺標(biāo)定不正確。

4、曲軸箱通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)堵塞引起曲軸箱壓力高，     檢查并清潔曲軸箱呼吸器管。

     油封總處于壓力環(huán)境，造成密封性變差，

     在壓力作用下機油泄漏。

5、渦輪增壓器油封滲漏                                        檢查壓氣機油封。

6、氣門導(dǎo)桿密封泄漏                                            檢查氣門導(dǎo)桿油封，如有必要則更換。

7、活塞環(huán)磨損                                      檢查串氣量是否過

Cummings engine oil consumption high fault processing according to the following steps.

Fault measures

1, the oil leakage (external) to check whether the engine external oil leakage. Tighten the bolts, pipe fittings and pipe plug. O if necessary, replace the gasket.

Resistance standard beyond 2, the intake system. Check the intake resistance, replace the air filter if necessary.

3, oil scale calibration is not correct.

Cause the crankcase pressure high block 4, the crankcase ventilation system, check and clean the crankcase ventilation tube.

In the total pressure caused by oil seal, seal variation,

Leakage oil under pressure.

5, the turbocharger oil seal leakage check compressor oil seal.

6, valve stem seal leakage check valve stem oil seal, replace if necessary.

7, check whether the amount of gas piston ring wear.
