1、利用專用的故障檢測儀（博世KTS510F 深圳元征X—431）

2、專用診斷儀診斷連接線口目前有兩種：一種是長方形的，16針接線（國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）。另一種是圓形的。其中，圓形的診斷接口是各汽車廠家普遍采用的，圓形的診斷接口通常是3條線連線：1是正極，2是負(fù)極，8是診斷通訊線，并且與控制單元ECU的K25是對應(yīng)引腳線。如果連接專用診斷儀后，不能建立診斷通訊，要詳細(xì)檢查診斷接口K8引腳線的通訊狀態(tài)，如果K8不能建立診斷通訊，說明K8引腳線出現(xiàn)開路、短路的現(xiàn)象，可以直接從控制單元ECU的K25引出連線，并且從整車的主繼電器引出正極和負(fù)極，并與專用診斷儀的K8、1、2相連，即可診斷故障。

3、在進(jìn)入讀取故障碼的存儲模塊以后，首先要刪除一下控制單元ECU故障碼。

4、因為控制單元ECU的故障編碼有時是虛擬的，只要刪除一下，原來虛擬的故障碼就不存在了。剩下的故障碼就是當(dāng)前存在的真實故障碼。
